The room was small and dark, the air conditioning was faulty. It kept switching off, i had to call maintenance twice! the noise from the street was constant and very loud at night. also, the elevators were slow. I waited almost ten minutes once.

The location was super convenient, near many restaurants. Public transport access was easy. I appreciated the rooftop views (a nice place to relax). Keyless entry to the hotel and the room made things simple.
The shower walls had terrible mold. I hope they resolve it soon.

The front desk offered snacks daily. The reception staff were helpful. Someone was almost always at the front desk (which was reassuring). Check-in and check-out were both very easy processes.

The hotel provides access to a rooftop. There is a lounge area in the basement (this was an unexpected bonus). There is a CVS store nearby, useful for groceries and any personal care items.

the location was ideal with a subway station nearby. the air conditioning unit worked efficiently was great. the shared kitchen included necessary appliances, like a microwave and refrigerator. towel and linen changes were self-service, so i could refresh them whenever i needed.
I found the bathroom sink drain a bit slow. This minor issue made the sink look messy at times.

The subway was an easy walk. It was pretty convenient.
The room felt cramped. Closet space was almost nonexistent. It was annoying to have such limited storage . the temperature control was OFF. The heat barely worked so it was uncomfortably cold at night. I was pretty frustrated by this.
